Lee, Wei Gia (Vincent) was previously the Senior Vice President for Corporate Finance with Hong Leong Investment Bank, in charge of advising client on IPO, restructuring, mergers and acquisition as well as fund raising. He was also worked with a number of Big 5 accountancy firms in UK, Hong Kong China and Malaysia. He was also previously the Chief Internal Auditor for a financial group listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Vincent was awarded a BSc (Hon) from University of Warwick and a MBA with Distinction from London Business School . Vincent is also a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountant of England & Wales (ICAEW), member of Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA), Hong Kong Society of Accountants (HKSA).
