King, Chiu Tiong (Francis)
has Bachelor of Agricultural Science, Master of Agriculture (Hon.)
from Massey University, New Zealand and Master of Business
Management in Agriculture and Food Industries from Buckingham
University, England. He is a member of Society of Agricultural
Scientist (SIAS), Sarawak and a member of Incorporated Society of
Planters, Malaysia
He worked in Agriculture Department, Sarawak for fifteen (15) years
in various management positions at divisional and headquarters level
from 1978 to 1992. He was the Agriculture Officer on special duty in
Ministry Of Agriculture for five (5) years from 1993 to 1997. He was
the General Manager of State Farmers’ Organization, Sarawak
from 1997-2008. While working in State Farmers’ Organization, he was
the Directors of ten State Farmers’ Organization joint-venture
companies. From 2008 to 2009, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Infrowell Group of Companies for one (1) year.
Currently, he is an Agriculture Consultant especially in oil palm
industry. He is also the Partner and Director in Ceria Tiasa Sdn Bhd
and Ceria Estet Sdn Bhd.
